The Alexa International team is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define and execute the marketing strategy for Alexa in MX and Spanish speaking US. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement, monetization, and retention for Alexa through strategic marketing, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven optimization.
Key job responsibilities
- Establish deep expertise in Alexa's various use cases and develop impactful marketing strategies to drive high-value customer actions, engagement, monetization, and retention.
- Manage complex tradeoffs across multiple strategic marketing initiatives and establish streamlined, efficient processes for campaign delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to create and execute exceptional customer journeys for Alexa use cases.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues that could undermine the overall strategy and impede achievement of customer adoption and financial goals.
- Work in partnership with business intelligence, engineering, and merchandising teams to design and execute test-and-learn plans that drive engagement, prevent customer churn, and support critical business initiatives in a scalable manner.
- Define new campaign proposals and conduct effectiveness studies to identify actions for continuous improvement.
