Position Overview: Are you passionate about driving member retention and engagement for one of the world's largest membership programs? As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for US Prime Growth, you'll develop data-driven strategies and creative solutions to retain and engage Prime members while optimizing the end-to-end membership experience, with a focus on reducing churn and maximizing lifetime value.
Role Impact: You will drive US Prime membership growth by combining deep customer insights with innovative retention approaches. Working within the US Prime organization, you'll transform data into actionable strategies that strengthen member loyalty, deepen engagement, and enhance member experiences throughout their journey.
Key job responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive member retention and engagement strategies, with emphasis on reducing churn and increasing lifetime value
* Design and implement personalized retention programs based on member behavior patterns and lifecycle stages
* Create data-driven frameworks to identify churn risks and proactively address member needs through targeted interventions
* Build and optimize testing frameworks to improve renewal rates and member satisfaction across different segments
* Lead development of targeted re-engagement campaigns and win-back strategies for at-risk members
* Create and measure impact of loyalty-building initiatives that strengthen members' connection to Prime
A day in the life
On an average day, you will:
* Develop, refine and manage the go-to-market plan and marketing experimentation roadmap for US Prime.
* Meet with internal and external consumer insights to deepen our understanding of Prime and non-Prime partners.
* Lead mechanisms that drive and track the performance in the marketing of US Prime across channels. Meet with product managers and business development leaders to understand the roadmaps and features of product and partnership launches.
* Analyze the performance of in-flight marketing initiatives, develop learnings, optimize under-performing campaigns and scale winning campaigns across channels.

This role will report to the Head of Go-To-Market team for US Prime. The broader US Prime organization is responsible for driving growth in the size and engagement of the Prime membership base in the US. The US Prime Go-To-Market team is a strategic marketing unit within the US Prime organization that drives the growth, engagement, and value of the Prime membership program. Operating at the intersection of consumer insights and data analytics, the team partners with product and marketing execution teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies. Their mission is to deliver and communicate Prime's value proposition while creating a holistic brand experience across all member touchpoints.
