Are you an expert in crafting messaging that resonates with customers from complex topics? Do you want to help companies create more resilient and sustainable supply chains?

We’re looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for our Supply Chain Transparency business who can help shape our product vision and take it to the market through powerful storytelling, crisp positioning, effective go-to-market strategies and campaigns, and enablement of our sales teams. Become the expert on our market and identify our total addressable market, ICP, buyer personas and the buying centers for this product line.

Document and communicate the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition, how they are positioned, and how to win against them–and ensure the competitive content is updated and maintained within the appropriate enablement systems.

Develop and manage product launch plans and new feature sales tools.

Work collaboratively within the Supply Chain Transparency marketing team and with the broader marketing team on campaigns, events and thought leadership.

Train and enable sales and account management teams on messaging, use of tools and assets to advance opportunity pipeline, accelerate, and close deals.

Act as an external thought leader for the solutions you support; coordinate and field key subject matter experts and customers for speaking engagements, press, analysts, and written works.

Establish, maintain and leverage internal partnerships with Engineering, Product Management, Sales & Service Teams to drive internal and external readiness for adoption and in-market success for new and existing products.

Requirements
