The Amazonian Leadership eXperiences (ALX) team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the technical strategy for Blueprint. Blueprint is a company-wide tool integrated within the AtoZ manager hub that enables leaders and People Experience & Technology (PXT) partners to model and evaluate organizational structures. The platform provides data-driven insights for organizational planning through "what-if" scenario modeling. Blueprint delivers dynamic modeling of organizational structures with real-time evaluation of organizational health metrics. We're looking for a passionate, results-oriented leader who can drive the next phase of Blueprint's technical evolution, enhancing its capabilities to better serve our organizational design needs.

You have demonstrated experience with product management in software development, from writing strategy documents (operating plans, PRFAQs, multi-year plans) to writing business or technical requirements, testing, technical design review and operational excellence. You dive deep, whether it is into metrics for the business or technical requirements with engineering and science partners.
