Be part of a team that competes rigorously to deliver world-class technology! **A day in the Life:** + Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document product requirements. + Product Backlog Management: Maintain the product backlog, ensure a clear understanding of business needs and objectives. Plan releases and set priorities for each Iteration/Sprint. + Break down epics into user stories and define acceptance criteria. + Champion productive collaboration and proactive engagement with Product Management, Engineering leaders, System architects, and agile teams to derive business requirements, crafting a comprehensive product backlog for the designated product capabilities. + Work closely with fellow Product Owners on multi-team features. + Communicate inter-team dependencies efficiently with Release train engineer and scrum master. + Ensure preparedness for program increment events such as PI Planning, Inspect and Adapt, and System or PI demo + Actively participate in all the team meetings, including the Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective. + Ability to demonstrate technical products effectively. + Connect business requirements with technical software products, including APIs, UI, and desktop applications **Keys to Success:** To thrive in this role, you must be exceptionally organized, possess proven planning skills, and successfully implement innovative solutions while collaborating seamlessly with diverse teams. **Education** + BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred. **Experience** + 5+ years of related experience in software development. + 2+ years of product owner experience. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** + Previous background as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst. + Proficiency in Java, .NET, or similar languages/web-frameworks. + Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SAFe certifications (POPM) are a plus. + Excellent planning and organizational skills. + Excellent English language skills (comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing). + Physical Requirements / Work Environment Must be able to work in an office environment, engage in regular meetings, and collaborate with remote international teams. **Benefits** We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
