Sr. Production Associate
**Roles and Responsibilities** + Ensures that the appropriate processes are adequately documented and followed across all systems. + Converts data received from the data suppliers into IQVIA standard format as per instructions. + Received sales, product, manufacturer and customer files are processed using the relevant IQVIA applications and procedures to produce the relevant coding for the period. + Oversees all quality assurance testing and ensures that all testing is carried out prior to deliverable dispatch. + Responsible for timely completion of all QC-related production tasks including the off-cycle reports and other relevant tasks. + Conducts various checks to capture any data anomaly prior to the release of client deliverables. + Maintains the data quality by analyzing various reports that generate transactions which have potential issues. + Performs data checks by analyzing results and trends. + Provides impact analysis of identified data corrections. + Understands and can effectively communicate routine database processes. + Serves as subject resource on relevant production area, answering queries. + Reviews problems arising during the process and ensures successful resolution. + Communicates actively with other departments/ functions to inform of task status or to resolve problems. + Escalates issues requiring second-level support to appropriate individuals using the established call escalation procedures. + May provide input for new system development, including requirement gathering, UAT and implementation. + Contributes on identifying process improvement opportunities. + Perform functions as directed by the Manager **List of required skills for this role:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum of two (2) years’ experience in relevant production area. + Preferably graduate of Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science or other technical related fields. If not, experience in an IT and Data Analytics should be sufficient. + Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. + Demonstrates good problem solving, analytical and data analytical skills. + Has a strong customer focus, an attention to detail, good analytical and problem solving skills. + Ability to proactively identify complex problems and develop solutions or provide recommendations to solve problems. + Ability to guide the work of others within a team environment. + Ability to work under time constraints and changing work volumes. + Strong PC literacy skills including MS Excel and MS Access. + Sound technical skills **SQL** with an understanding of relational databases. + **Knowledge and ability to read and write SQL statements** and be able to run queries and create some QC script. + job requires flexibility to transition to a new task will require quick grasp on different processes from time to time. + Able to work **EMEA and US Time Zones.** IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
