Join us at Danfoss Mexico as a dedicated Senior Production Manager based in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of one of our main BUs on site, ensuring safety, maintaining quality standards, optimizing processes, managing deliveries, and enhancing performance across two product lines within the Business Unit.

Collaborative Team Environment: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and create a positive work culture.

Strategic Decision-Making: Contribute, cross- collaborate to implement initiatives to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement.

Training and Development: Mentor and train team members to build a high-performing and motivated workforce.

Job Responsibilities

Safety First: Support and foster a safety protocols culture to uphold a zero-incident work environment, partnering with EHS.  Quality Assurance: Collaborate with specialized teams to ensure compliance with ISO & IATF standards, and drive ongoing improvement Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives and process enhancements to optimize operational efficiency Financial Acumen: Manage labor and indirect materials costs. Delivery and Performance: Ensure the reliability and availability performance of the production orders, required by the customers.                         Effective Leadership: Communicate effectively, provide guidance, and lead a diverse team to success Background & Skills

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing/TPS, CI, Core Tools, IATF standards, with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
