Hogarth is looking for a Sr. Production Manager What does a Production Manager do at Hogarth?Their main role is to ensure that clients' expectations are met and exceeded by delivering high-quality products and services on time and within budget. The PM will oversee leading and managing multiple projects in a multidisciplinary production environment. Production and Post-production workflows knowledge are necessary.
Duties: Builds and interprets client briefs properly to set the correct tasks for the internal operational teams according to the activities needed such as creativity, animation, filming, audio, programming, retouching, composing. Lead production projects for High-End Production, Content Production, Print and Postproduction both for digital and non-digital channels. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. They act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all their inquiries and ensuring that their needs are met. They work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide guidance within the production process, and offer solutions that will enhance their experience with the company. Managing multiple projects simultaneously. They oversee the entire production process from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. They coordinate with other team members, including the production manager, creative director, and technical teams, to ensure that projects are executed efficiently. Maintaining open communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and other departments. They keep everyone informed about project progress, challenges, and any other issues that may arise. Owns and controls finance trackers updating on a daily basis the projects advances and invoicing situation to provide clear information to the finance department and General Manager. Generate estimates based on rate cards and take care of the project profitability according to agreed projects timelines. Prepares projects overages in case they apply. Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the production process. They use their problem-solving skills to find solutions quickly and effectively, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Makes sure client deliverables comply with size, format, and quality to be deployed on digital and non-digital channels. Overall, a PM plays a critical role in ensuring that clients receive high-quality products and services. They are responsible for managing the end-to-end production process, from client onboarding to project delivery, and ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the process. Requirements: B.A or B.B.A in Film Production, Communication, Marketing and Advertising or Business Administration. Knowledge and experience on production, postproduction, trafficking workflows including production process and deliverable format for video, digital and print materials. Promote Teamwork. More than 2 years of experience in a similar position English proficiency (interview will be conducted in English).
