Responsibilities The Sr Productivity Manager role will provide leadership support for AOP development by defining governance for productivity goal setting and Loss Analysis processes across the North Division including Manufacturing & Warehouse, Transport and Fleet. This role will provide field support and standards to identify Big Bet productivity, financial tracking of Big Bet productivity initiatives and project sustainability/LSS certifications upon completion. This role will own reapplication process to ensure productivity is achieved in all relevant facilities, provide leadership to Black Belt projects for the Division, and increase the technical capability by owning the LSS-KL/GB/BB training programs, supporting PIE development in plants, change management training as well as BLU & CLU training and development. This role will support TE to standard and waste reduction. Compensation and Benefits: • The expected compensation range for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100. • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications 4 Year Degree in Technical or Process Oriented Discipline. Consumer products / Supply Chain experience. Demonstrated ability to gain alignment with multiple stakeholders on activities, responsibilities, and success measures. Experience and comfortable with managing and leading through change. Exhibits change leader behaviors: Demonstrate self-awareness Positive role model Solutions oriented Demonstrate dedication and persistence/follow through commitments Strong Project Management Skills. Proven competence leading meetings / calls and tracking work in a team environment. Comfortable managing conflict. Proven results delivering cross-functional projects within a fast-paced, complex, matrix environment. Ability to manage multiple work streams. Sets priorities and uses resources effectively to accomplish goals. Must be operationally savvy – with outstanding communication & problem-solving skills. Effectively communicates with all levels of the organization. Familiar with AOP development in Operations. Financial analysis & forecasting. 1-3 years of experience leading LSS project execution. Strong advanced Excel, Power Point skills, Tableau.
