Purpose of Role

The Representative of Account Management in Retail will be responsible for providing the business growth with retail leadership in the Korea market and will play important role in supporting the achievement of brand and business goals with FP(Franchise Partners). This role will own Partner(=Account)'s overall growth along with long/mid-term plan in full alignment with UA(Under Armour) strategy while managing financial and seasonal assortment plan to make UA brand story comes to life in retail and to drive healthy and mutually profitable business growth for both UA and Partner. This role will develop fleet plan within FP channel in UA and drive marketplace transformation by optimizing fleet as well as by accelerating Seoul Attack strategy. This role will also lead diverse teams & cultures within UA and Partner with 'Win as one team' mindset.

Your Impact Contribute to the development of the Partner’s long-term, annual and seasonal plans based on an understanding of the Partner’s consumer base Lead the GTM(Go-To-Market; Seasonal sell-in) process with Partners during Pre-season, In-season and Post-season Drive Gross to Net performance and sell through by responding to opportunities for replenishment, and driving healthy cancellations and returns Work with multi-functional teams and Partner to ensure sales, margin and inventory turn goals are achieved on a seasonal basis, working across functions to maximize results Track performance and profitability of the Partner’s business through quarterly reviews with Partners, and co-develop action plans with Partners and cross-functionally to improve performance Implementation of UA’s strategic priorities to achieve sustainable revenue growth Consistently monitor competitive landscape and activity as front facing member of organization and proactively develop solutions Track and manage future order inbound status and plan shipment schedule with sales target alignment or adjustment. Simulate and track account receivable and ensure to reduce financial risk Provide exceptional service to our Partners by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key Partner personnel Qualifications Knowledge of Retail Math (Sales KPIs, Margin, Inventory turn etc.) Analytic skills to interpret quantitative and qualitative data Strong organizational skills and time management skills Experience being comfortable with ambiguity, change and conflict Ability to lead a cross-functional teams for communicating vision & purpose Ability to present a professional and informative product presentations to internal and external audiences Communication skills in both English and Korean Education And/ Or Experience Bachelor's degree (ideally in Business Administration) 5+ years in sports or fashion industry with focus on retail expertise Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint Valid driver license and clear driving record Our Commitment to Diversity
