Job Description:
The Sr. Professional, Client Risk Management is responsible for managing all aspects of our clients’ assessment of third-party risk. This includes acting as the point person for onsite client audits, responding to risk assessment questionnaires, tracking open remediation items, and acting as the liaison between CoreLogic lines of business and our clients’ information security, compliance, and vendor management teams. This position acts as a trusted advisor to CoreLogic leadership. The following Risk Management activities are paramount within the scope of this position: Client Audits, Client Risk Assessments, Oversight of Remediation Tracking, Executive Reporting, and Audit Readiness
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Audits
Act as the point person for client review of CoreLogic’s data protection controls. This requires an understanding of the client provided audit scope, knowledge of information security and compliance industry trends, thorough understanding of CoreLogic enterprise-wide controls, familiarity with standardized control domains, and the ability to understand and present complex technology solutions.Identifies and communicates compensating controls in response to potential client findings. Tracks and presents client feedback, including remediation findings.Builds and maintain client relationships.Identifies opportunities to streamline multiple client requests. Engages CoreLogic SME’s where appropriate.Client Risk Assessments
Manages and oversees an effective client risk assessment process, from time of request to delivery of the assessment back to client.Maintains a current repository of vetted assessment responses and collateral documents.Issues Management
Provides oversight of issues management and remediation activities by tracking and monitoring line of business action plans and issue resolution related to regulatory impacts, internal audits, and business unit self-identified issues.Monitoring and Testing
Works closely with the Information Security team to obtain results from independent centralized client audit & risk monitoring and testing programs.Communicates client identified remediation items as result of onsite audits or risks assessments.Manages and tracks remediation items for approved projects to resolution by working with CoreLogic business lines to ensure consistent and appropriate customer communication.Accountable for creating plans with client and managing deficiencies through completion and within deadline established.Strategy, Analytics, Reporting, Projects
Drives client audit & risk program monitoring, and reporting to assess client trends and provide timely reporting on emerging risks with emphasis on identifying control weaknesses and deficiencies that require resolution.Partners with leadership across the enterprise to further our client risk strategies and provide internal support in managing client communications.Liaison with business unit risk & control teams to ensure alignment with the corporate compliance management system and adherence to all corporate compliance policies, standards and guidance.Consults with corporate legal and regulatory affairs departments as needed.Performs other duties as assigned.General
Serves a subject matter expert for the Client Audit & Risk function; through consultation provide knowledge and expertise. Represents the Client Audit & Risk function on projects and re-engineering efforts.Maintains broad influence through ongoing development of internal/ external relationships across the organization.Develops domain knowledge of CoreLogic business lines to include understanding of short-term objectives and long-term strategies for the organization. Conduct continual research to maintain knowledge of client requirements and customer needs; make recommendations to evolve the security controls to accommodate such opportunities.Ensures compliance with CoreLogic policies, processes and practices. Role model CoreLogic ethical standards, professionalism and code of conduct. Responsible for creating data analytics insights and solutions and provides recommendations for marketing campaigns and strategies.Client Consent

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.Minimum of 3 years of related experience in the compliance, information security, or risk field, including an audit function. Demonstrated experience with risk and control assessments, and/or implementing controls monitoring and testing programs with emphasis on regulatory requirements.Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with senior business leaders to drive strategic business decisions while balancing the need for tactical execution of compliance requirements.Strong written/ verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals across the organization.Strong analytical, quantitative skills; solid decision-making capabilities coupled with the ability to analyze complex situations and provide practical solutions that align with organizational objectives. Strong assessment skills, including risk identification, control gaps, root cause analysis, and mitigation strategy. Sound judgment; ability to communicate recommendations and outcomes in a clear, concise manner.Consultative and collaborative leadership style; ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships both internal and external to the organization.Detail oriented, effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize conflicting demands, organize time and resources to deliver solid and consistent results for the business and bring assignments to successful completion.High degree of business acumen, operational understanding with the ability to execute initiatives aligned with company goals; strong fiscal aptitude.Strong technical aptitude; advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft to include: Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint. Role requires self-sufficiency from an administrative perspective. Understanding of systems and their application to advance efficiency of operation. Annual Pay Range:
