In this role, you will oversee the seasonal creative email marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and captivate our customers. You will methodically optimize and experiment with different approaches, while leading ongoing campaigns and targeting various audience groups. You will plan and execute the seasonal ad-hoc email marketing calendar by brainstorming and collaborating with Site, Marketing, and Merchandising teams. Additionally, you’ll stay closely aligned with weekly performance metrics to identify opportunities to supplement or adapt the seasonal calendar, either to mitigate risks or take advantage of emerging trends.
