The position is a hybrid role based in our Irvine, California Corporate Headquarters with the opportunity to work a couple days remote per week.
We are seeking a Senior level Workday Professional to join our team and play a crucial role in the global implementation of Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, HCM, and Scheduling. If you are a talented individual, with a passion for optimizing processes and delivering great results, we want to hear from you.
Your Role:
Collaborate with HR, business teams and systems implementor to help design and configure Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, HCM and Scheduling on a global scale.
Lead Workday enhancement projects ensuring successful delivery, on time and within budget.
Configure and customize the system to meet the unique requirements of our organization, providing expert guidance on best practices.
Support Workday upgrades/updates and system testing.
Stay up to date with Workday releases and industry trends to be able to contribute to the HR Technology Strategy and Roadmap.
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Workday certifications a plus.
5-10 years in a similar role, with experience supporting Workday application.
In-depth, hands-on knowledge and expertise of Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management and Scheduling.
Deep knowledge of Workday HCM business objects.
Hands on experience with reporting including advanced, matrix, composite utilizing Workday Report Writer, as well as other organizational tools and available technologies.
Experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Report writer, and calculated fields.
Great attention to detail to ensure highest level of quality within tight deadlines.
Adaptable with the ability to prioritize and reprioritize in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively with business stakeholders.
Experience working with global HR data.
A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Strong project management skills

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $88,700.00 - $150,800.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
