The Sr. Professional Services Consultant is a member of our consulting group that delivers configurable solutions to our end user customers and partners. The Professional Services Consultant is represented to our Partners and End Users as being the subject matter expert in the configuration and customization of all Tungsten Automation products.

The Sr. Professional Services Consultant must be able to: Deliver Tungsten Automation solutions to customer based on requirements document Provide technical leadership to customer on Tungsten Automation solutions as configured to the customer’s requirements Work closely with project manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget Function as the Tungsten Automation subject matter expert when onsite at the customer’s location Work independently in developing a solution per the customer’s requirements Document all customer-specific configurations Install Tungsten Automation configuration on the customer’s hardware; includes installation of Tungsten Automation in a highly available configuration and disaster recovery Assess requirements, design, and implement Tungsten Automation Oracle solutions for FPA Assist customers in defining best practice processes for invoice handling and associated processes Write functional and technical design documents Define acceptance criteria and gain acceptance for completed projects in a timely fashion Monitor and report progress against objectives and milestones for customer and internal projects Perform product configuration Assist the customer in the development of test plans Test customized, configured solution before delivery to customer Analyze and troubleshoot customer problems during project. Document the customer’s solution for delivery to the customer and for the Support Department. Take active part in the development of the Consulting Services department, the project model, and internal processes and procedures. Other duties as assigned by manager
