Summary: Goldbelt C6 is seeking a Sr. Program Analyst to support and advise the General Manager, Senior Directors, and Program Managers in planning, managing, and evaluating operational programs as well as building processes. These responsibilities include conducting research, analyzing complex data sets and systems, analyzing company financials, identifying trends, and preparing reports and recommendations. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Assist with the development of budgets and schedules as well as tracking key metrics. Track and evaluate operational, financial, and program performance. Identify and resolve issues related to costs, schedules, and performance. Conduct research, analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports for management. Determine program requirements and make recommendations to management. Analyze programs, policies, procedures, and systems, and make recommendations. May draft or revise current policies and procedures based on analysis. Advise program managers with the planning, testing, and implementing of new programs or systems. Prepare and present reports and recommendations. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and written communication Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in all MS Office applications Ability to collect and analyze complex data sets Good critical thinking and problem solving Strong project management skills Effective in establishing and maintaining working relationships with others and working as part of a multidisciplinary team Ability to work independently Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Program Analyst, Management Analyst, or in a similar role Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field Experience with Deltek/Costpoint Experience with iCIMS Advanced Excel The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
