You will learn and work alongside inspirational leaders and colleagues who are equally passionate and committed to fostering an inclusive, growth-centered, and rewarding culture.  Our Total Rewards program – which includes competitive pay, benefits, continuous learning, recognition, career growth and life balance components – is designed to support the varying needs of our diverse and global employees. **Job Purpose:** + To coordinate and support a variety of duties ensuring alignment across all organizations regarding business priorities, project budgeting, deliverables, and timelines. **Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with R&D leadership to develop and maintain annual operating budgets. + Schedule and document Product Management Leadership Team meetings to ensure alignment of project deliverables and timing to business needs. + Initiate contact with internal and external contractors and service providers as needed, including supplier onboarding, statements of work, coordinating legal agreements, and invoice approval. + Utilize SharePoint and Teams to ensure effective communication of program documentation. + Establishes and follows product development processes. + Works with program team members to track progress to milestones and work items. + Creates and manages status reports, program dashboards, meeting minutes, and action items. + Establishes program meetings (e.g., planning, kickoff, working) and authoring meeting minutes. + Sets and follows up on meeting actions. + Manage projects as needed to meet business needs. **Educational Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business or Project Management Discipline or equivalent **Relevant Experience:** + Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the Medical Device / Pharmaceutical regulated industry + Proven ability of working within an established Quality System + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills + Strong teamwork and self-management abilities + Excellent attention to detail embecta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.  We do not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, age, sex, creed, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, marital or domestic or civil union status, familial status, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetics, disability, military eligibility or veteran status, or any other protected status.
