As a Sr. Program Manager on Alexa Audio, you are responsible for defining and delivering important programs aimed at enabling and improving the audio experience for customers. These programs span across service providers, device types, partner teams across Devices & Services, and international countries. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, scoping, and delivering large projects end-to-end, as well as influencing horizontal partner teams. Responsibilities include working closely with Audio Product Managers to understand their roadmaps, establishing program strategies and mechanisms to drive your projects forward, and deliver progress against your program goals within Audio as well as other business partners. You will be expected to make appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market needs, all while clearly communicating goals, risks, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal and external teams. You frequently work with senior leadership across Amazon and our key external partners, so written and verbal skills are important.
Key job responsibilities
-Take ownership of business problems, identify and execute possible short and long-term solutions.
-Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, insights and analytics, legal, privacy, advertising and PR to deliver programs effectively.
-Develop mechanisms, processes, and measurement levers.
-Identify global stakeholder needs and implement prioritization frameworks.
-Definition of your program(s) strategy and execution.
-Partner with customers, internal teams, external stakeholders, and various other Amazon groups to define the roadmap and associated priority
