Sr. Program Manager, Amazon Talent Acquisition Learning & Development
The AADA TA Sr. L&D Program Manager will own AADA TA learning analytics and develop global solutions to drive insights and optimization of training impact and gap analysis. As a member of the AADA TA global L&D team, you will have an opportunity to be a thought leader and collaborate with skilled professionals to craft top-tier learning solutions. This role requires advanced analytical and communication skills, program and project management skills, and problem-solving abilities. You must be a novel thinker, possess a passion for learning and contribute to team and learner success. To minimize Learning Management System (LMS) reporting defects, you will oversee and audit LMS functionality on behalf of L&D, developing standard work for course configuration and surveys, generating reports and recommending the design of learning paths. You will establish and maintain reporting mechanisms for instructor-led and eLearning courses.

The Sr. L&D PM will build and manage large-scale, learning initiatives focused on recruiters, recruiting coordinators and recruiting managers. You will shape ideas into broader visions, securing stakeholder buy-in and executing seamlessly. Balancing speed with stakeholder communication, you will drive initiatives forward, spot new opportunities, and foster collaboration across Amazon. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will enhance learning experiences and work globally with business stakeholders to define solutions that support knowledge transfer and business goals. Using the Kirkpatrick Model, you will improve and execute L&D's training evaluations.

You will own L&D’s rhythm of the business activities and tools such as, Asana, RIVER, WorkDocs, Wikis, etc. You will promote AADA TA Learning & Development’s (L&D) offerings, delivery and processes by conceptualizing and developing future state operating models, implementing new tools and automation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record of managing end to end programs, partnering with global stakeholders, proposing impact measurement, keeping in mind continuous improvement.


Key job responsibilities
Operational Delivery
• Assist with the creation of the L&D QuickSight Analytics Dashboard. Once launched, manage the Dashboard and evolve functionality based on stakeholder requirements.
• Produce and deliver routine L&D reports that reflect training impact and learner competencies.
• In partnership with L&D team members, help manage the LMS migration of content from KNet to Learn.
• Manage LMS operations and maintenance, ensuring data and content quality and troubleshooting. Develop standardized LMS processes and governance procedures.
• Optimize L&D processes (internal and learner-facing) and implement new tools and automation.
• Manage the training intake process and L&D communications.
• Produce written reports to communicate and gain support for solutions, measurement and evaluation plans. Contribute to WBR, MBR/QBR and leadership related papers.

Program Delivery
• Define training program strategies, metrics, monitor end-to-end delivery, and communicate results to senior leadership.
• Identify and collaborate with cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholders (internal/external) groups to plan and scope out learning processes, programs and related technology needs.
• Identify, discuss, and bring forward issues or ideas to stakeholders to ensure programmatic success, while serving as hub for process changes and its effect to training and the learner.

You manage project timelines, handle training intake requests, and promote L&D offerings. Your role demands a constant focus on continuous improvement and thought leadership in learning analytics.
