Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join the AMXL, heavy/bulky logistics, Services and Scheduled Delivery team. This role will identify, define and drive the development and implementation of new last mile tools, features and processes to expand AMXL delivery services offerings and quality to improve end-to-end customer experience and streamline processes world wide on behalf of our customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Author Strategic documents with implementation plans and entitlements to support Operations Planning
- Own scoping contributing to Business Requirement Documents to support Services and Scheduled Delivery (SD)enhancements.
- Own and drive implementation of new features into existing planning and execution processes
- Own user adoption of new and existing tech features
- Own reoccurring syncs with partners team on Service and SD related enhancements. Both short term and long term OP asks related to Services and Returns
- Primary contact for Last Mile Technology partners in working through tech gaps for AMXL and Services
- Work with tech partners when trouble shooting technical gaps in operational execution
- Author business review documents
