Interested in working on an innovative and high-impact business that is changing the way customers think about grocery? Amazon Fresh Grocery is looking for an experienced Sr. Program Manager, Compliance with demonstrated program management experience.
This position will develop, manage, and deliver detailed regulatory compliance plans. The candidate will work closely with tech teams, operations, supply chain, category, legal, and policy teams. This position will drive multiple projects simultaneously, defining timelines and communicating on status, risks, and process changes. A successful candidate will thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, highly regulated, fast-paced, dynamic business environment, operating in all levels of the organization. Candidate should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity and pace that is higher than most projects, and relish the idea of solving hard problems.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
- Master's degree or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
