This position will develop, manage, and deliver detailed regulatory compliance plans. The candidate will work closely with tech teams, operations, supply chain, category, legal, and policy teams. This position will drive multiple projects simultaneously, defining timelines and communicating on status, risks, and process changes. A successful candidate will thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, highly regulated, fast-paced, dynamic business environment, operating in all levels of the organization. Candidate should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity and pace that is higher than most projects, and relish the idea of solving hard problems. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
