Sr. Program Manager, Customer Experience Operations

Behind the scenes, dedicated individuals focus on refining the experience for millions of customers across all of our brands and providing support to our field agents. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** Customer Experience Operations (CXO) is looking for a Program Manager to collaborate and work cross-functionally with Retail Wireless, Product, IT, and other operations teams to lead numerous CXO teams through delivery of initiatives. The program manager must be self-motivated, curious, independent, detail-oriented and driven to carry out the following primary responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead cross-functional project teams to manage assigned initiatives and drive projects to timely, high-quality implementations + Partner with business areas and technology teams on initiatives to align project outcomes with strategic priorities and direction + Commit to understanding and meeting sponsor's needs, communicate status and escalate issues on an as-needed basis + Regularly communicate project status to internal stakeholders, with efficient analysis of issues and potential direction + Identify and assign clear ownership of tasks to cross-functional team members and drive the timely execution of each task + Lead in the development of processes and tools to monitor and improve the delivery efficiency, cadence, and impact of projects + Coordinate the work of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors as required + Exercise superb initiative to track, manage, and continuously drive problems to quick resolution **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor Degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or BS in a related technical field, or equivalent amount of education and experience. PMP, CSM, and/or CAPM certifications are a plus + 5+ years of experience in project, program, and portfolio management with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally with Retail Wireless, Product, IT, and other operations teams to ensure effective delivery of initiatives + Experience in the wireless industry strongly preferred **Skills and Qualifications:** + Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment. + A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, think strategically, solve complex problems, and influence others to meet goals + Ability to effectively communicate (both in writing and verbally) cross-functionally with IT, business, management, and executive leadership is required + Proficient in project management tools and a working knowledge of various project management methodologies + Strong competency using G Suite tools desired. The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
