As you are well aware, the video game and software industries have been undergoing a profound digital transformation. Key job responsibilities
Your primary responsibility in this role is to accelerate business growth in these product categories by improving the customer experience, as represented by key input metrics such as the number of our products, price competitiveness, the number of visitors and operational KPIs.

A day in the life
To achieve the improvements, you will start by analyzing various data, setting the right goals, establish a sustainable mechanism to track them, deliver your plans by collaborating with diverse stakeholders from local business teams to the global Central team in US. You will dive deep and troubleshoot daily operational issues where necessary and implement long-term solutions to eliminate defects.
