Role Summary Rivian Service is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and support key initiatives within Field Service Operations, focusing on the execution of service digital tools & processes. This includes gathering user feedback, creating requirements, tracking progress, and managing deployment efforts such as testing, training, and communication for seamless adoption. This role requires a highly organized, self-starter who has a thorough understanding of digital platforms and a proven track record for managing complex digital projects in an iterative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, exceptional attention to detail, a strong focus on process optimization, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to effectively address customer needs. Responsibilities Drive the execution of service digital tools and processes by gathering user feedback, shaping requirements, tracking progress and leading implementation to ensure program success. Collaborate with partner teams to contribute to the design, build, testing, training, and communication efforts, ensuring a seamless rollout and successful adoption. Develop and implement strategies to measure and track the effectiveness of digital tools and programs post-launch. Gather internal and external user feedback to collaborate with digital partners and drive continuous improvements. Manage multiple complex, multi-disciplinary projects to fulfill program requirements and timelines Support programs with Field Service and other teams/stakeholders; drive progress toward desired outcomes by maintaining efficient communication between teams Drive opportunities for improvements, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement of processes, standards, systems tools and workflows Prioritize, plan, and coordinate logistics and meetings with internal and external stakeholders Plan and conduct training and communication of new processes, tools, resources, and more to the Field Service team, peers, and/or other relevant audiences Act as a liaison between cross-functional partners and Field Service teams to collect feedback, which is used to analyze trends in various aspects of Field Service; communicate feedback and trends to stakeholders, along with recommendations for improvements Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reports and trackers Support data analytics and storytelling through data visualization Utilize agile and waterfall program management process to drive program documentation, standards, training and building blocks Assist and support other aspects of the Service Organization as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a related professional and dynamic environment 4-year college/university degree or similar/equivalent work experience Program management, engineering, business analytics, data visualization, consulting or similar strategy-to-execution experience preferred Experience defining, launching, driving, monitoring, and closing projects/initiatives Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Demonstrated success in advanced data storytelling, through data modeling/analysis to drive consensus and business decisions Excellent command of project management techniques and tools, including agile and waterfall methodologies Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI Proficiency in a variety of program/project management, data analysis, and/or other productivity tools, as required; this may include Tableau, SQL, SmartSheet, Jira, Confluence, and/or multi-media software Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a readiness to be customer-facing if necessary Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards Must be available for a regular schedule of a minimum 40 hours a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to business need Ability to travel as needed Pay Disclosure Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: $100k - $118k annually (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
