Description
Amazon Flex crowdsources independent contractors – called Delivery Partners (DPs) – to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages. Flex Growth & Expansion team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to own end-to-end of expansions of our products into new territories. This individual will be an exemplary practitioner of Project Management, leading programs from ideation to launch by managing workstreams across a myriad of tech and non-tech stakeholders.
Additionally, as the Sr. Program Manager, Growth & Expansion, you will be responsible for developing new iterations of our Amazon Flex program. You will start by interacting with business teams in NA, APAC, and EU to understand the most pressing challenges that they face, and by deeply understanding the current experiences for our Delivery Partners. You will develop PRFAQs and business plans that deliver great experiences for Delivery Partners and solve our business needs. This will include evaluating the current landscape, developing pricing structures, operational approach, financial models, and marketing plans. You will partner with our Amazon Flex technology teams and the broader Last Mile org to develop the product roadmap, and will partner with local teams to operationally execute on new business models.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of defining and executing against program timeline & requirements experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP
- Project Management experience owning End-to-End execution across complex launches including operations, technology, real estate, marketing, and other domains.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
