Prime Air seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager who can efficiently manage both high-level strategic projects and day-to-day operational processes. This role is inherently cross-functional: you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion to ensure shared goals are met.

Key job responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize detailed business review documents that analyze marketing campaign and channel performance, identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Serve as chief of staff to the Head of Marketing, managing priorities, communications, and strategic initiatives
- Write narratives that clearly breakdown our business problems with the support of data and provide recommendations for solutions
- Own and manage the lifecycle of new and existing programs/initiatives, successfully delivering concurrent complex projects aligned with business objectives
- Monitor progress on key initiatives, identify and removes obstacles, and drive alignment across the organization.
- Gather detailed business requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders (product, tech teams, etc.) and collaborate closely to deliver global solutions.
- Leveraging analytics to support the future state of the business.
Export Control License: This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon’s ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.
