Sr. Program Manager, Product Marketing

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager in the Go-to-Market Commercial (GTM:C) team at Indeed, reporting to the Manager, Go-to-Market Commercial, you will play a key role in supporting how we communicate and deliver value to employers globally via product packages and upsells. You will contribute to representing the voice of the customer (Employer) by leading research briefs to gain insights through in-depth market and customer research. By sharing customer insights and contributing to business cases, you’ll uncover unmet customer needs across all segments to drive strategic adaptation for the product roadmap and help influence strategic recommendations. This includes understanding the market, user segmentation, personas, and customer journeys, as well as showcasing Indeed’s differentiation through competitive analyses. You’ll collaborate on developing persuasive product positioning and messaging grounded in customer insights and validated through research, aligning with internal business partners (Product, Sales, Brand, UX, Strategy, etc.). Your work will extend to leading messaging frameworks and external communications like web content, email campaigns, and PR strategies. In this role, you’ll execute go-to-market strategies for new product and feature launches. You’ll work closely with cross-functional and external partners to drive adoption and engagement, support the development of training content, and help develop empathetic customer-facing assets such as landing pages, emails, videos, one-pagers, talk tracks, product demos, and case studies. As a self-motivated, customer-focused individual contributor, you thrive in collaborative environments across different geographies and are eager to build trust across teams. With guidance from senior team members, you’ll support complex workstreams and initiatives while developing your skills for greater responsibility over time. Your ability to analyze data, identify key insights, and communicate clearly with various customer and business partners will be critical to your success. By partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, you’ll promote the voice of the customer and contribute to positioning Indeed as a compelling thought leader, supporting the overall success of Indeed’s mission to help people get jobs. **Who you are** + **Customer-Centric Research:** Represent the voice of the customer by conducting in-depth market and customer research, analyzing user segmentation, personas, customer journeys, and various data sources, and showcasing Indeed's differentiation through competitive analyses. + **Positioning and Messaging:** Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and narratives grounded in customer insights, validated through research. Create and maintain persuasive messaging frameworks, including data claims and customer evidence, to guide external and internal GTM partners. + **Cohesive Storytelling across Channels:** Drive product storytelling across external-facing channels (e.g. web, email, PR, thought leadership) and internal-facing channels (e.g. collateral, talk tracks, training content) to tell a cohesive narrative when combined. Gain alignment on new and updated messaging with customers and business partners from Product, Sales, Brand, UX, Strategy, and others. + **Go-to-Market Strategy and Flexible Execution:** Drive product and feature adoption through end-to-end GTM strategy, planning, and flexible execution of product launches. Project manage key deliverables and report progress across various forums, documents, and tools. + **Cross-functional and External Collaboration:** Build trusted relationships with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners to promote the voice of the customer, influence the product roadmap, and contribute to business OKRs. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
