**Job Summary**
The Program Manager of Unified Communications is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and execution of the Unified Communications portfolio. This role involves collaborating with our Product Management team to manage a global unified platform for voice, contact center, and embeddable communication solutions. The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
This role will work to streamline overall end-to-end engagement and then track overall delivery for cross-functional partners.
Responsible for utilizing advanced program management skills and knowledge to follow the organization's strategic plan and lead the large-to-medium and/or moderately complex programs spanning multiple organizations. Delivers outcomes, longer-term improvements, and benefits in support of the organization's goals.

**Job Responsibilities:**
**Strategic Leadership**
+ Develop and implement program strategies that align with organizational goals.
+ Serve as a key advisor to executive product and engineering leadership on program progress, risks, and opportunities across managed portfolios.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources.
+ Engage in the support of the budgeting and resource forecasting process.
+ Understands the scope of programs as defined by the business requirements andbudget process. Leads key planning milestones and activities.
**Program Management**
+ Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical programs, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
+ Drive end-to-end program lifecycle management from initiation to closure.
+ Develop and maintain program roadmaps, identifying dependencies and managing risks.
+ Develop dashboards and reports to track program performance and communicate updates to leadership.
+ Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
+ Works with leadership and core team members to help identify and assist in making program tradeoffs to balance scope, time and costs. Ensures proper documentation
**Stakeholder Management**
+ Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
+ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
+ Manage expectations and resolve conflicts among stakeholders.
+ Communicates updates on major milestones and keeps all stakeholders informed of progress and issues. Identifies and manages proposed changes to program parameters and ensures appropriate processes and communications are followed.
**Team Leadership**
+ Fosters Comcast leadership values
+ Lead and mentor a team of technical and non-technical program managers fostering professional growth and skill development.
+ Build and maintain a high-performance team culture that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
+ Identifies, confirms, and obtains participation from required cross-functional teams. Works with the other team members and Strategic Business Partners to do this effectively.
**Process Improvement**
+ Optimize and implement program management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Measure and analyze program outcomes, ensuring lessons learned are applied to future initiatives.
+ Knowledge and use of JIRA and Smart Sheet required.
