Japan Consumer Innovation (JCI) Retail Scaling Team is seeking a Senior Program Manager who contributes to our mission of developing selling partner capabilities through quality partner engagement solutions including partner event and education programs. This role, which requires business-level Japanese and English, brings together business skills, empirical data, social engagement and external technology into learning about Amazon operations, products and programs for selling partners to increase and maximize selling partner knowledge and capabilities. It's a unique opportunity to get broad exposure to Amazon Stores leadership and support partners of JP/worldwide. What can be achieved via this position:
• Create and evolve a partner engagement philosophy and vision that will be durable for the next decade.
• Champion the voice of the ‘vendor partners’ and collaborate with local and global teams to generate innovative solutions for challenging business problems and future needs.
• Understand the future direction of the business and adapt the delivery strategy of training solutions
Key job responsibilities
• Own end-to-end partner engagement and education strategy, vision, process, and mechanisms to empower our seller partners' capabilities and experience.
• Identify selling partner challenges and needs by collaborating with cross-functional teams across product and program organizations.
• Develop solutions with strong justification and obtain leadership alignment through logical document writing and stakeholder influencing.
• Create and deliver execution roadmaps that exceed high expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Define impact metrics and develop effective measurement frameworks in collaboration with Data/Science teams.
• Make smart tradeoffs, coordinate dependencies, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including Tech, Data, Legal, Finance, and other Global/JP teams.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech teams experience
