The Sr. Program Manager will be accountable for all operational aspects of an in-store coaching program. This role involves strategic planning, executing, reporting management, working directly with consultants and overseeing program financials. They are ultimately responsible for ensuring exceptional program delivery for both our Client and Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program operations, coaching programs and strong project management skills are required.
This is a client-facing role requiring on-site presence in our Dearborn, Michigan office 2-3 days/week.
Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for the full operational journey for our in flight Program of 500 stores across the United States. Key focus areas are:
Create and monitor program plans and develop and maintain process documents that ensure program delivery adheres to our operations standards
Document and manage ongoing timelines
Prepare and support Store and Consultant communication plans
Document and assess leveraging full program tools such as RAID logs (risks, actions, issues and decisions)
Lead the project execution for our workstream within the broader program by working closely with cross-functional teams, Client and Consultants to complete deliverables within scope, schedule, and quality. Leading these elements you will be responsible for ensuring the team is able to:

Support the lead Client delivery owner on project financial management requirements, and management of the Consultant monthly invoicing and reconciliation
Build and grow strong relationships with key client stakeholders and internal partners
Monitor and assess the Consultant program performance and outcomes by seeking to understand, address gaps and manage the operational outreach to overcome obstacles
Execute program standards and processes according to program Playbook to ensure high-quality consistent delivery
Administer the allocation and scheduling of consultants per contractual and geomapping requirements (with support from our internal Subject Matter Expert)
Utilize and set up consultant tools including approved AI technology
Identify, solution and resolve program operational challenges with speed and quality
Maintain and review consultant dashboards and reports to track key operational metrics with support from our Program Coordinators
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business, or a related field
5+ years proven experience as a Program Manager and/or Project Manager
Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills – with an ability to manage against and prioritize evolving targets
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, and stakeholders
Advanced Proficiency in program management software and tools such as Excel, MS Dynamics and MS Project
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
Additional Requirements:
PMP, or similar project management certification is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to travel as needed
