We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA .

The successful candidate will have key responsibilities for managing security projects in alignment with a company's goals and needs. Drive the inception, planning, execution, and delivery of security compliance initiatives, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

   

Key Responsibilities:

 

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of security compliance projects for our cloud and on-premises products, ensuring adherence to StateRAMP, FedRAMP, NIS2, ISO standards, and other applicable regulations.

Work closely with internal teams, including legal, sales engineers, engineering, and cloud operations, as well as external vendors and partners, to achieve security compliance goals.

Stay up to date with StateRAMP, FedRAMP, NIS2, ISO standards, and other relevant regulations, ensuring that the company’s products and processes comply with these requirements.

Manage relationships with external vendors and laboratories, ensuring that all security testing and validation meet the necessary standards.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all security compliance efforts. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to provide updates on compliance status and risks.

Collaborate with legal teams to understand and integrate legal requirements into compliance projects. Provide technical insights to support legal compliance activities.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with security compliance, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.

Assist in responding to customer inquiries about compliance, providing accurate and timely information to ensure customer confidence in our compliance posture.

Possess a strong understanding of cloud technologies and providers, applying this knowledge to security compliance initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent work experience. Advanced degrees or certifications in security or compliance are a plus.

10+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on security compliance for cloud and on-premises products.

Proven experience leading large-scale security compliance initiatives, including StateRAMP, FedRAMP, NIS2, ISO standards, and other relevant regulations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously across multiple geo locations.

Basic understanding of legal aspects related to security compliance, with experience working alongside legal teams on regional and compliance needs of different sectors.

Experience managing external vendors and laboratories for security compliance projects.

Strong understanding of cloud technologies and providers, applying this expertise to compliance projects.

High degree of flexibility and adaptability and conflict management capability.

Self-motivated, self-directed, and politically astute.

Detailed oriented and well organized. 

Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.

Effective verbal/written English communications.

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.

 

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $135,600.00 - $176,200.00
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
