Roles and Responsibilities: 

You will be assisting Paypal with their top initiatives for the year.Drive 12 X 3 medium sized programs working.Work with 15 engineering teams on their own to help grow this companies footprint globally.Work across the world at an enterprise level.Overall program management of few Strategic initiatives.Collaborate & coordinate with multiple teams across geography for activities across multiple teams of product, engineering and ops for country launch.Create project plans, execution plans, , launch plansRun weekly meetings, Update weekly status, risks, and mitigation plansCreate weekly/monthly Stakeholder reports for leadership, product and engineering teamsCreating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resourcesDelegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete themIdentifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projectsAssisting in the definition of project scope and goalsMaking effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the projectServing as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergyCommunicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goalsPerforming quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expectedAdjusting schedules and targets on the project as neededMotivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on timeUnderstanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI) frameworkKnowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum)Proven leadership skillsCost and risk management skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skillsInterpersonal skillsAbility to make important decisions under pressureMust have knowledge of project management best practicesMust have the ability to provide leadership during implementation of large IT projectsMust possess the ability to prioritize activities during incident resolutionMust possess the ability to contribute to the development of reusable componentsMust possess good knowledge of product testing and managing the lifecycleExperience in software application development as an Agile Project ManagerAbility to work closely with the Planning, order management and ecommerce fulfilment, and site operations to insure unified strategies are implemented and optimized.Must possess relevant skills in reviewing documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.Proficiency in developing frameworks for capturing site merchandising analytics and sales data to optimize performance.Require proficiency in content management toolsExperience in prioritizing defects and enhancements to improve speed to market.Relevant experience in forging cross-functional partnerships with Site Operations, Core Buying Teams, Marketing, Ecommerce.Ability to create a predictable communication flow to insure all parties are in lockstep with merchandising strategies.Ability to facilitate design reviews and code review with the technical teamShould be well versed with quality concepts of testing and project deliveryPossess relevant experience in the management of ecommerce and merchandising projectsShould be comfortable in leading technical design and quality team members

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
