In support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) and the Regional NetworkEnterprise Center for the National Capital Region (RNEC-NCR), we are currently seeking a Program Manager.\n
Duties and Responsibilities:\n
\u2022 Manage all operation aspects of program activity, including cost management, schedule management, data management, proposal activity, and other related program activities.\n
\u2022 Utilize ITIL v3, PMBOK, and other industry-recognized methods in the management of the program.\n
\u2022 Serve as a principal liaison with current and prospective program customers.\n
\u2022 Plan, schedule, organize, and administer program tasks, budgets, and schedules.\n
\u2022 Track program against schedule, budget, and phase review objectives, reporting status to supervisor regularly and executive staff as needed and\/or requested.\n
\u2022 Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities.\n
\u2022 Investigate and adjust personnel problems among program team members.\n
\u2022 Provide recommendations regarding hiring, promotions, wage adjustments, and terminations.\n
\u2022 Prepare and present Employee Performance Evaluations.\n
\u2022 Recommend and\/or lead new processes where needed to improve quality or on-time delivery.\n
\u2022 Generate various reports\/deliverables, including monthly program status reports to the appropriate customers and management personnel.\n
\u2022 Commit to the organization and shall be ultimately responsible for all activities and deliverables under this contract.\n
\u2022 Plan, organize, direct, and guide the activities of team members.\n
\u2022 Participate in hiring and training.\n
\u2022 Review and approve employee timecards.\n
\u2022 Follow all policies, procedures, and other applicable regulations.\n
\u2022 Maintain currency in technology and service offerings.\n
\u2022 Establish and manage customer relationships.\n
\u2022 Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.\n
Minimum Qualifications:\n
\u2022 Bachelor's degree related to Information Technology field of study.\n
\u2022 8+ years of experience coordinating and supporting IT business processes.\n
\u2022 Must have PMP certification.\n
\u2022 ITIL Agile-SCRUM certifications preferred.\n
