Job Description Senior Program Manager needed to run a large size program to deprecate legacy applications. Work requires engaging with multiple cross-vertical stakeholders and following SDLC phases to replace 200 complex legacy applications with new code base. Preferred experience in managing large scale migration/application decomm projects. Work requires engaging with multiple cross-vertical stakeholders and following SDLC phases to replace 200 complex legacy applications with new code base. Preferred experience in managing large scale migration/application decomm projects. Each application will need to be managed separately and ensure complete execution process is followed. Tracking & exec communications required on weekly basis. - Security and/or technology experience preferred. - Project Planning, teams coordination, roadmap creation & tracking, Stakeholder Management. Smartsheets experience is plus. - Stakeholder Alignment & Dependency Management. - Project KPIs, performance tracking, status reporting & stakeholder communications. - Team Collaboration, Risk & Issues Management - Learn & exercise PayPal PMO processes - Budget & resource tracking - Planning & delivery related Vendor management (if applicable) - Change & Quality management - Coordination across global teams.
