The role is guided by commercial practices/policies and impacts approaches, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team. High levels of judgement are required due to significant control and influence over commercial priorities. **Roles and Responsibilities:** + Manage all contract performance activities tied to customer(s) and program(s). + Manage the transfer of information/requests and interface between the customer and internal teams. + Assure timely resolution of issues, keep the customer advised of the progress of the program, and negotiate changes, variations, and solutions to issues. + Assume responsibility for contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial and technical metrics specific to contract(s). May also support proposal and negotiations. + Develop and maintain specialized knowledge of commercial developments within own area, contribute toward strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility. + Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within programs/projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, and/or customers. Use technical experience and expertise to analyze data in support of recommendations and seek new perspectives on existing solutions. + Travel up to 25%, domestic and international **Required Qualifications** : + Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 9 years of experience in Program/Project Management) + Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program/Project Management **Preferred Qualifications** : + Master's degree from an accredited university or college + 8+ years of experience in Program Management roles + PMP certified + Experience in the aviation/aerospace industry + Material Management expertise + Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex problems + Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to influence + Strong interpersonal and leadership skills + Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs _This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
