This role will particularly suit someone with strong skills in program management, a analytical mindset for finding root causes and proposing solutions, queries, communication both written and verbal, strong Bias for Action and Customer Obsession. Key job responsibilities -This role is the single-threaded leader for one of our fulfillment programs, responsible both for the channel strategy and day-to-day management. -Developing, implementing, and managing KPI reporting, providing visibility of milestones and performance and using this data to drive/influence business decisions. -Securing resources, scoping efforts, setting priorities and milestones and driving delivery of main projects - Challenging status-quo of the existing mechanisms and processes in order to create a continuous improvement environment -Benchmarking globally to share best practices and improve outcomes for Amazon customers Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
