Job summary: Title: Sr. Program Manager - Hybrid Location: Atlanta, GA, USA Length and terms: Long term - W2 or C2C Position created on 02/06/2025 03:37 pm Job description: **** Webcam interview*** 11+ Contract with possible extension/conversion *** ***Hybrid*** ***Locals to GA Only*** Description: + Work with project teams across IT, business, and cross-functional teams to align on milestones, goals, and ensure projects remain on track. + Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery. + Facilitate meetings and working sessions with IT and application teams. + Develop and manage project activities, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning. + Monitor and approve all budgeted program expenditures. + Assess program performance to maximize ROI while controlling deadlines, budgets, and risks. + Coordinate the delivery of services among different program activities to increase efficiency. + Oversee the collection and maintenance of records per confidentiality/privacy policies. + Evaluate project managers and other staff while providing direction, input, and feedback. + Establish and implement a performance management process for all program staff. + Ensure team members receive orientation and training per organizational standards. + Communicate with stakeholders to gain support and solicit feedback for program improvements. + Develop long-term goals, objectives, and evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness. + Identify and mitigate risks associated with program activities.
