Description Do you want to help drive innovations in the e-commerce space? The Amazon Mexico team is looking for a highly analytical Senior Program and Partner Manager to drive the Payments business strategy for Amazon.com.mx. We are looking for a smart and innovative leader who is self-sufficient and thrives in ambiguity, and can drive results across external partners, internal business teams and technical teams. This position involves regular communication with senior management, therefore effective executive presentation skills are essential. Basic Qualifications - 8+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Bachelor's degree - Fluent in both, English and Spanish Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of leading large complex programs experience Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
