The team emphasizes service excellence, knowledge facilitation, and technology leadership and education.** **The Senior Programmer Analyst role provides support to QAD ERP users on the most challenging issues (L3), by leveraging business process expertise and technical programming skills. Additionally, the role involves designing and developing technical solutions to fit business needs, working in collaboration with other developers and customers. This is a global role which involves implementing and maintaining QAD ERP solutions for the business worldwide.** Key Accountabilities: **User Support** Responsible for user support (L3 issues), requiring process or programming expertise for troubleshooting. Assist with complex data loads and data cleanup. Provide guidance to other team members and create documentation for recurring support issues/processes. **Design and Development** Work with business users and IT teams on requirements gathering and designing technical solutions to fit various business needs. Business needs included but not limited to; data extraction and process automation (Progress scripting). Develop custom programs to specification in collaboration with other Development team members. **ERP Implementations and Upgrades** Contribute as an analyst/programmer/SME on a project team doing new sites implementations or upgrades. This includes implementation of core ERP processes and additional QAD modules. **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Related Field; Required.
