**Sr. Project Leader-Sauna, Wellness Products**

**Opportunity**
As a member of a New Product Development project team:
+ Lead product development teams to launch innovative new products and improve the quality, performance or cost of existing products in alignment with the Wellness Products Strategy & Product Roadmap.
+ Project Planning and Scheduling – develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets
+ Team coordination and leadership – lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
+ Budget and Resource management – Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
+ Risk Management – Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
+ Stakeholder communication – Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Provide regular updates to senior management and other relevant parties
+ Define and facilitate decision-making process for development teams. Coach project team personnel to develop and implement cross-functional solutions to complex issues.
**Specific Responsibilities**
Project Management
+ Lead regional and global projects of moderate-to-high complexity, risk and business impact.
+ Set clear project objectives, deliverables, and milestones
+ Assign tasks, track progress, and resolve issues or conflicts as they arise
+ Track expenditures and course correct the team to make any necessary adjustments to stay within the planned budget
+ Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project life cycle
+ Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and timelines
**Leadership**
+ Facilitate workshops across the development process ranging from Kickoff Intent, Design Insight, Design for Environment and Lean Product Development.
+ Provide structure and leadership for solving technically complex design and business problems.
+ Mentor other project leaders and team members of other functional areas.
+ Willing and successful in taking moderate risk.
+ Work effectively when organizational structure or processes are unclear or conflicting.
+ Lead brainstorming discussions
+ Identify opportunities for organizational and process change.
+ Able to facilitate & resolve conflict and problem solving.

**More about the Wellness Products business**
The newly created Wellness Products business has been charged with becoming the premier Mind & Body Wellness provider for at home and professional spa sanctuaries. The objective of this business is to not only grow an already wellness-centric product portfolio, but also create a clearly differentiated go to market strategy with a tailored angle to captivate the target audience with unforgettable showroom and digital destinations. Applicants must be passionate about wellness and having expertise in the ever-growing market is a plus! Given the start-up nature of this business, applicants must possess a bias for action, an ability to continually assess with openness to pivot as the market dynamic changes and must be team-oriented with a willingness to dive in and support with whatever is needed. Prior start up experience is preferred.
**Skills/Requirements**
+ Marketing, or Design) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in concurrent product development (project management, product design, process engineering or manufacturing engineering).
+ Global product development experience is preferred but not required.
+ Some travel to suppliers or manufacturing locations, estimated at 10-15% and can be flexible, managed on a case-by-case basis

_The salary range for this position is $98,900 - $125,600. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k._
