Sr. Project Manager, Process Improvement
**About the Opportunity:** Strategy Development: Collaborating with senior management to define the organization's continuous improvement strategy and goals. This includes aligning improvement initiatives with the overall business objectives. Process Analysis: Assessing existing processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. This may involve gathering data, conducting root cause analysis, and using various process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma. Project Management: Planning and executing SBO improvement projects by defining project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle. Change Management: Ensuring that employees understand and embrace the proposed changes by effectively communicating the benefits and rationale behind the improvements. Facilitating training and providing ongoing support to employees during the transition. Performance Measurement: Assist with metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives. Analyzing data and generating reports to evaluate the impact of changes on key business outcomes. Continuous Learning: Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements related to process improvement.
