**Role: Senior Project Manager – Consent Order Data Program**
**Location: NYC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)**
**Duration: 12+ months (likely to extend)**
A leading financial services firm is seeking a **Senior Project Manager (PM/PMO)** to support its 2020 Consent Order Data Program within **Markets Transformation** . The role requires a seasoned PM who can independently manage cross-functional workstreams and interface with stakeholders across **Finance, Compliance, and Markets/Product teams** .
This is not a typical functional PM role – candidates must **understand trading** , have **knowledge of the trade lifecycle** , and be comfortable working across **all asset classes** (e.g., derivatives vs. cash trades). Consent order experience is **not required** , but strong delivery skills are a must.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead delivery of critical workstreams for consent order remediation
+ Liaise across global Markets, Finance, Compliance, and Volcker teams
+ Track project goals, manage risk/issues, and escalate as needed
+ Provide check and challenge on activity reports and ensure reporting quality
+ Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
+ Facilitate remediation efforts and drive outcomes
**Manager Notes:**
+ Candidate must be proactive, independent, and solution-oriented
+ Should understand the **business side of Markets** , not just functional delivery
+ Must be comfortable creating and owning the plan, addressing blockers, and delivering results
+ Requires excellent communication skills to manage upward and across
**Skills:**
+ 8–10+ years of PM/PMO experience in financial services
+ Strong knowledge of **Markets** and the **trade lifecycle**
+ Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
+ Regulatory experience is a plus
