Description Robert Half is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with strong regulatory remediation expertise. + Ideal Senior Risk & Project Management Professional will ideally have prior Regulator experience from the FED or OCC. + 8+ years experience in dealing with regulatory related findings such as MRA's and MRIA's or Consent Orders. + Experience in the Technology and IT Risk space also helpful. + Position is broad in scope and will deal with a number of senior stake holders. + Long term engagement 6-12+ months Requirements • A minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance and risk management within the banking or financial services sector. • Proven expertise in addressing regulatory findings such as Consent Orders and working with regulatory bodies. • Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management (ERM) principles and risk mitigation strategies. • Experience in IT risk management and familiarity with technology-related risks. • Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams. • Comprehensive understanding of banking regulations, compliance processes, and industry best practices. • Exceptional project management skills with a focus on delivering results within complex environments. • Excellent communication and analytical skills to navigate regulatory and organizational challenges.
