Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for managing a group of Business and IT professionals to successfully complete and deliver projects. This person focuses on planning and executing projects to agreed upon timelines and budget.
Primary Functions:
• Develop project plans for complex initiatives, including scope, requirements, cross functional work breakdown structure, detailed project schedule, budget, deliverables, reviews, and success metrics
• Balance scope, quality, schedule, budget (if applicable), resources and manage project risk, including risk analysis, tracking, and mitigation
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members, stakeholders and executive leadership in a timely and clear fashion
• Report to key executive sponsors, stakeholders and team members on program/project status and progress to continually manage project expectations
• Produce clear and concise executive reports and have confidence to present to an executive-level audience
• Effectively manage multiple initiatives/projects simultaneously
• Successfully lead the delivery of projects in a highly matrixed environment
• Collaborate with the cross functional teams to execute on projects that include new processes, systems and change management
• Collaborate with various areas of the organization to identify resource, budget and time constraints, provide direction on finding solutions to issues
• Motivate project team members and contractors to influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
• Build, develop, and grow all business relationships vital to the success of the project (internal/external)

• Financial Achievement - Administers and controls project budgets to contribute to a cost effective operation through vendor management.
• Access Way - Building and cultivating executive relationships within the business and “Technology” organizations to ensure effective communication upward and across teams.
• Client Growth – Maintain Customer focus (internal and external) in all Technology decisions and activities working as a business partner with all.
• Team Member Development – Build a highly performing team through mentorship using HR tools including career development and performance improvement planning.
• Operational Excellence - Active participant in the business case creation, prioritization and execution of the Access technology roadmap aligned to the pillars and achieving the desired business success and benefits.

Education and Years of Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years people management experience
• 5+ years project / program management experience
• 5+ years running projects using the PMI waterfall methodology
• Experience running projects using the Agile methodology
• Experience managing projects with 5+ work streams
• 5+ years MS Project
• 2+ years Visio
• Smartsheet experience / skills a plus
