As a Senior Project Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and executing complex programs and projects within our organization. You will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and managing stakeholder relationships. Your expertise in program management will be instrumental in achieving operational excellence and driving business growth.

\nYou will report directly to our Sr. Program Manager & work closely with Field Service Managers. You'll work out of the Markham, Ontario site, or Kanata, Ontario site depending on where you are located.
The Honeywell building in Kanata is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.
\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\n\n\tDevelop, implement, execute and monitor complex program plans including scope, schedules (including milestones), contractual requirements, engineering specs, applicable code, budget, and resources.\n\tDevelop and execute scopes of work required to complete various projects.\n\tPlan, forecast and monitor labour, 3rd party material and subcontractor costs and performance.\n\tReview, interpret, understand, and implement various contract documents\n\tEngage in effective communications with all stakeholders\n\tLead meetings and maintain project meeting minutes\n\tReport project progress to internal and external involved and affected parties\n\tAssemble project closeout documents and warranties.\n\tProduce accurate monthly revenue forecasts to report to the business.\n\tEnsure a safe working environment and safe work practices are in place and enforced.\n\tIdentify and mitigate risks and issues and implement corrective actions.\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful program outcomes.\n\n\n\nYOU MUST HAVE
\n\n\n\t5+ years of experience in program management or project management\n\tMinimum of 2 years’ experience in one or more of the following fields: building automation, controls, security, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire, contracts, and construction.\n\tValid G driver’s license\n\tAbility to acquire Secret Federal Government Clearances for worksites in Kanata\n\n\nWE VALUE
\n\n\n\tMaster’s degree in relevant discipline\n\tPMP certification or equivalent (or willingness to obtain PMP certification)\n\tBuilding Management Systems -Fire, Security, HVAC, Electrical\n\tExperience starting constructions jobs from scratch. \n\tExpertise with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, MS Project, and SharePoint.\n\tKnowledge of IT and financial systems (Sales Force, SAP, Cora PPM etc.).\n\tAbility to work on multiple projects and effectively manage competing priorities.\n\tImproving performance, meeting commitments, and getting results.\n\tExceeding internal and external customer expectations.\n\tActing with urgency and bringing best practices in project management, project forecasting, and project reviews.\n\n\nABOUT HONEYWELL
