Our client requires a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in leading large scale data conversion and migration projects. This Project Manager will join an existing team and be responsible for leading the team, which consists of technical, business subject matter experts, and vendor partners; and managing the end-to-end process of data conversion and migration for a large-scale project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the project management of complex data conversion and migration initiatives; establishing strong working relationships with the business subject matter experts, technical teams and vendors; and successfully delivering these large-scale data conversion and migration initiatives on time, within scope and budget.

Work is 100% onsite in Regina, SK.

Mandatory Requirements Minimum of seven (7) years of proven project management experience in the role of a Project Manager managing large-scale data conversion and migration projects. Minimum of seven (7) years of proven experience managing cross functional project teams. Minimum of seven (7) years of proven vendor management experience. Excellent written skills and employs a disciplined approach to managing project records. Demonstrated interpersonal, management, and communication skills at all levels of the organization. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Proven project and resource planning capabilities. Proven ability to analyze complex problems and find innovative solutions. Proven knowledge of data conversions and migration processes, tools and methodologies. Proven knowledge of data governance and compliance requirements Experience managing predictive, agile, and hybrid projects. Project management education and/or certifications (PMP). Proficiency with project management software. Desirable Requirements This role is focused on Project Management, however familiarity with data structures, data mapping, ETL processes and cloud platforms would be considered an asset
