Overview
This team within Operations Services leads complex and cross-functional projects connected to our strategic imperatives. A role on this team will provide a dynamic, fast-paced experience with high-visibility and opportunity for impact. This role develops solutions to increase efficiency, organize and coordinate elements and leads communication efforts of multiple work initiatives within Operations Services. Work includes but is not limited to Operator Awards & Recognition, Winning Hearts Every Day, Operator Support Council, cross-functional strategic projects, set.
This role requires a strong project manager with proven communication skills who proactively pursues solutions to challenges and collaborates with others to meet deadlines while being highly detailed oriented. Work is expected to be performed under limited supervision.

Responsibilities
+ Support or own components of complex services and project timelines
+ Coordinate and manage key deliverables across the projects with multiple work owners
+ Build and manage project plans/timelines
+ Develop and maintain internal work tracking (Miro Board, Teams) and process documentation/archival
+ Work with third-party and internal partners as necessary across the team to accomplish deliverables/objectives
+ Proactive preparation and coordination of meetings and events connected to Operations Services projects and the leader of this team (ie Operator Support Council, Awards). This includes agenda planning, logistics, onsite meeting management, communication etc.
+ Develop PowerPoint presentations and various written communications
+ Lead design and facilitation of weekly team huddles and monthly strategic meetings (e.g., build agendas, facilitate sessions, schedule meetings)
+ Lead key team culture and development experiences including offsite meetings, restaurant visits, and team retreats
+ Prioritize responsibilities, manage time accordingly and provide timely updates to leadership
+ Maintain strong knowledge of business processes across the organization
+ Coordinate annual planning & budget for the Team as well as ongoing budget tracking
+ Provide up to 10% administrative support to the Executive Director of Operations Services
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 3-5+ years in a project management role or managing complex work
+ Excellent project management skills
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Excellent time management skills
+ Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities
+ Advanced PowerPoint skills
+ Advanced Smartsheet, Miro and Teams skills
+ Intermediate Excel skills
