Due to growth, EpiphanyRx is seeking a Sr. Proposal Analyst to join our team.
The Sr. Proposal Analyst supports and/or leads the client acquisition and retention efforts of EpiphanyRx, including creation and management of strategic and client-focused proposal content, written proposals, and other sales-related documents for a variety of client audiences—current, prospective, and consultant. Successfully creates competitively positioned content and supports sales activities that result in significant market share and profitability and convey a powerful corporate image to the marketplace. Ensures on-time and quality completion of projects, through a collaborative effort with the Sales team, and cross-functionally with internal and external customers. This position contributes to the department goal of improved efficiency and capture of strategic client opportunities, through process improvement and competitive positioning.

Utilize expert-level editorial, grammatical, and writing skills to ensure all written deliverables follow and demonstrate tactical, strategic, financial, and sales-capture decisionsEngage in sales support activities including project coordination (e.g., planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordination), tracking RFPs, follow-up correspondence, and reportingCreate and populate proposal templates with standard pricing according to client attributesWork closely with the Analytics team to coordinate sections of the RFP, managing and meeting all deadlinesProficiently understand and continuously develop knowledge of EpiphanyRx’ target markets, key advisors in our markets, and EpiphanyRx’ products and servicesManage proposal content to keep the proposal knowledgebase current and competitiveParticipate, where appropriate, in the development of marketing strategies for the company’s operating divisions, products and services that capitalize on key market drivers and the development of a powerful corporate imageBuild and share business acumen and documentation about pricing, products, and servicesOther duties as assigned QualificationsWhat our team expects from you?
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, Journalism, or a Communications-related field, and/or commensurate proposal management experience requiredA minimum of three years’ experience of writing creative, concise, strategically correct, and persuasive proposals (writing samples and writing test required)A minimum of three years’ experience of developing and implementing complex winning business strategies, while incorporating a consultative-sales approachA minimum of three years’ experience of delivering quality outputs in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment where tight time frames and strict deadlines are the normA minimum of three years’ experience of strategic proposal content development and project management experience or similar related experienceMinimum of five years of experience with Microsoft Office products at the advanced levelTwo years in the Pharmacy Benefit Management industry on a Proposal team or Consultancy preferredParticipate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectivesThe ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employeesWhat can you expect from EpiphanyRx?
