As an OT Digital Experience (DX) Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of managing enterprise-level customer engagements across EMEA. Your leadership will drive customer satisfaction and deliver sustainable business value, from executive collaboration to hands-on facilitation. By combining your expertise in project management, technology, and consultative strategy, you'll play a key role in helping our customers achieve their goals while contributing to our regional success.

What the role offersExciting Challenges: Collaborate with enterprise-level clients across industries such as financial services, hospitality, and telecommunications.Meaningful Contribution: Work on large-scale projects that shape digital transformation journeys for global organizations.Career Growth: Leverage opportunities to develop your skills in project management, business consulting, and technology leadership.Flexible Work: Enjoy international travel opportunities (30%+) while managing engagements with a hybrid approach.Supportive Environment: Join a team that values mentorship, collaboration, and consistent best practices.What you need to succeedExperience:5+ years as an Engagement Manager or Project Manager on enterprise-level projects worth $500K+ or with 10+ team members.Expertise in project management methodologies, consultative selling, and strategic business consulting.1–3 years of relevant experience in digital experience technologies, web content management, or digital asset management.Skills:Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.Ability to manage conflict, mentor teams, and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.Strong business acumen paired with technical proficiency in web technologies (e.g., J2EE, XML, application servers).Education & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in technology or business-related fields.Preferred: PMI/PMP certification or MBA.Mindset: Positive, self-motivated, and proactive, with a passion for delivering quality consulting solutions.One last thing
