Roles & Responsibilities: Build and maintain high-quality software solutions, using AI tools to generate, refine, and optimize code. Utilize LLMs and automation tools to accelerate all aspects of the development lifecycle. Use AI tools like Cursor to auto generate code from requirements, focusing on refining and optimizing rather than starting from scratch. Help transition from no-code platforms to scalable, production-ready solutions. Work asynchronously with global teams, participate in daily check-ins, and proactively manage blockers. Identify and implement best practices to improve software performance, maintainability, and efficiency. Evaluate trade-offs, analyze different approaches, and provide solutions that balance quality with development speed. Meet agreed-upon timelines while maintaining high-quality standards, with a focus on efficient execution. Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Python, and backend development with Django. Enthusiasm for using AI/LLMs to accelerate software development and solve engineering challenges. Experience leveraging production tools and templates to minimize boilerplate code and improve efficiency. Ability to design scalable software solutions and transition from no-code to fully developed applications. Strong analytical skills to evaluate different approaches and make informed technical decisions. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across different time zones. Passionate about using LLMs to accelerate all aspects of software development.
