Job Description: Quality Engineer

In this role, the individual will be responsible for leading the certification and releasing teams. The Quality Engineer will perform customer-facing quality experience tasks, including monitoring and managing quality improvement processes and resolving quality issues. Additionally, they will be responsible for outsourced vendor quality for both new and existing customers and will manage corrective actions.
